The plain-English terms that apply when you buy from Mr. Blue Skies.
Payment
All website packages, plans, and services are paid in full at checkout. Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
All sales are final
We do not offer refunds on any purchase, including website packages, one-time services, and annual plans. Please review the plan details, and contact us with any questions, before you buy.
Annual plans and renewal
Care and SEO plans are priced per month and billed annually, one year in advance. They renew automatically at the then-current annual price on each anniversary of your purchase until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan continues until the end of the year you've paid for. We'll remind you by email before each renewal.
What's included
Each package and plan includes the work described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Additional work is billed at $85 per hour with your approval first. Monthly editing time included in Care plans does not roll over.
Outside costs
Fees charged by other companies are not included and are paid at their price: domain registration and renewal, Shopify subscriptions and fees, Google Workspace, premium apps, themes, and stock photos. We'll confirm any outside cost with you before purchasing it on your behalf.
Ownership
Your domain, website content, and accounts are registered in your name. When your project is paid for, the finished website is yours to keep, even if you later cancel a plan.
Results
We guarantee the work described in your plan. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or sales, because those depend on search engines and markets outside our control.
