Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and your website files and accounts belong to you. If you ever leave, we'll hand everything over at no charge.
Are there long-term contracts?
Care and SEO plans are billed annually and renew each year unless you cancel before the renewal date. Website packages and one-time services have no ongoing commitment.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo if you have one, photos, and the basics about your business. We'll guide you through the rest, including writing or polishing your page copy.
Do I need a Care plan?
Every website needs hosting, so sites we build need at least the Essentials plan unless you'd like us to hand the files to another host. Shopify stores are hosted by Shopify, so a Care plan is optional for them.
Can you take over my existing website?
Often, yes. We'll review your current site and recommend whether to improve it, move it, or rebuild it. Request a quote and include your current web address.
Which costs are not included?
Costs set by other companies are paid at their price: your domain (about $11/year for a .com), Shopify (from $29/month billed yearly), Google Workspace email (from $7/user/month), and any premium apps or stock photos you choose. We'll tell you about every one before you commit.
How do payments work?
Everything is paid in full at checkout by card, processed securely by Stripe. Care and SEO plans are billed once a year and renew automatically on your purchase anniversary until you cancel. All sales are final; see our Terms of Sale.
Do you guarantee rankings on Google?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Google controls its rankings. We guarantee the work itself: a technically sound site, an optimized Google Business Profile, quality content, and clear monthly reports.
